Irrational

Write Club Prompt #59

Honestly trying to write seems pretty irrational to me. I don’t feel I have much chance of success and I don’t feel I have much direction. Then again I feel compelled to just write stuff. Why is that?

Looking at this thing from a rational perspective I should be looking at ways to improve, or looking for a niche. As it is I’m just doing prompts and hoping I figure something out.

Reflecting on this I don’t feel bad. I actually feel kind of good admitting it. Writing in hopes of success would be boring.
