Life is a sentence with rhythm ruled by grammar those marks that make it flow The comma takes a breath The semicolon signals danger The period at the end Simple marks one may choose or take them as they go the brave forsake them all And make life a run on
This poem was inspired by Rea de Miranda’s The Semicolon. It gave me the idea of life as one long sentence.
