Stranded

Write Club Prompt #81

This is somewhat of a tricky prompt for me. I like to think I have friends in every major city all over the world. Assuming I’m not in an emergency and I don’t need to be finding friends or seeing shelter in an embassy I would probably just go for a long walk.

I’m not much of a traveler so I’m not entirely sure how to respond here. I would hope to find some place interesting to rest. A park or a historic monument.

Writing this I am reminded of the one time I was alone and took a series of long walks in Orlando. I should write that up as a story. Down and outside of the magic kingdom? Well maybe not such a cliche title.
